Reps. David Price (D-N.C.) and Darlene Hooley (D-Ore.) recently agreed to a friendly wager concerning the baseball teams of their respective alma maters, which faced off in the College World Series.

And after Hooley’s Oregon State Beavers defeated the North Carolina Tar Heels, Price paid up by bringing a barbecue lunch to the congresswoman’s office. The food was flown in from Durham, N.C.

If North Carolina had won, Hooley would have delivered a case of pinot noir.
